Great Hunting Bullet

We used to call these Ogival Wadcutters. Great for woods ranges in the 44 mag. The meplat will blow a golf ball size hole through deer on exit. Will punch through bones and ribs. You actually do not need to drive these at the ragged edge of velocity either. 12 to 1300 will do it. The two lube grooves supply plenty of lubricant on the trip down the bore and the alloy is plenty hard. I use mine for ranges out to 50-60 yards. Accuracy tends to fall off at long range due to the massive ogive and air resistance. A fantastic non-expanding pistol bullet. Would not hesitate to use them on wild boar.
