LEUPOLD RING RIFLEMAN 1" DETACHABLE LOW MATTE

I'm cheap and don't like to spend a ton on rings but know not to get the really junky ones. I'm not hard on my stuff and don't shoot a lot so don't see the need to go crazy for rings. I usually go with the B Square Utility rings but so does everybody else so they are always out of stock. I noticed these and saw that they look almost the same but only use one screw on each side to hold the rings together but that works for me. They are all aluminum and they use a solid block of aluminum for the clamping part and I like that. These are about double in price over the B Square but these were in stock so I gave them a try. I usually get both a low set and a medium set just in case but try to use the lowest one I can. In this case I was able to use the low set to mount a scope on my T/C Compass rifle in 204 Ruger. I have yet to shoot the rifle due to the weather but I have faith that these should do the job without a problem. Now I have a spare set of medium rings in case I need them too. I may get another set of the low rings when they are back in stock just have some on hand. I would recommend.
