Due to the packaging and shipping process, case necks are often slightly dinged or bent and need to be rounded up and sized to give proper neck tension. New and/or fired cases must be full-length resized or have the expander ball of the sizing die run through the case neck prior to loading.

Best value out there right now

The package says to "check every case before reloading" and this is true. I had 10% that were unusable and around 50% that were either not swagged or not swagged enough to allow for smooth primer insertion. These cases still need a lot of work to get them ready such as chamfer and deburring as well as cleaning the primer pockets. However if you look at how much brass is selling for right now you have to admit that this is the best deal out there. They were cleaned, polished and trimmed to the point I didn't have to worry about any of that and if need be I will order these again. Don't expect perfection for the price, these cost as little as 30% of some other brass out there and you'll have to put in a little extra work to make up for it.
