Definitely an interesting product. It works very well. I typically use lanolin and alcohol or coconut oil and alcohol, but this one shot works very well for Case lube. I bought it out of curiosity after reading about the product online. I don't know that I will buy another can of it as the coconut oil and alcohol seems to work better than anything else I have tried. That being said the one shot is definitely worth the money just to satisfy curiosity. Graf and sons had the best price that I could find for it.

I have used this stuff exclusively for the past 15 years at least. I do not follow their instructions, so take all this with that in mind. Normally what I do is put the cases I am going to size in a ziplock bag, and spray the lube over them. I then seal the bag and knead the cases around to make sure the are all coated. I open the bag and let them dry for a few minutes. I also give the inside of the die a quick spray while they are drying. I may be a total idiot, but it has worked for me for a long time. I get no stuck cases, and I get no wrinkles in the sized cases. Your mileage may vary.

Works great for sizing on the lee app press, used this for 223 after drying they ran thru the press perfect will be getting more of this.

I actually purchased this by accident (that can be called not reading) since I was thinking that I was ordering the Hornady one-shot gun cleaner rather than Hornady Case Lube. Since I had it I decided to give it a ‘shot’ and am glad that I did.

It will help if you have a reloading block that will allow the cases to stand with the mouth up. I am sure that you could line them up on a bench, but you will want some scrap paper or cardboard for them to stand on since there will be spray that will reach the surface. The directions call for spraying at a 45 degree angle from both sides and this only takes a few seconds. After a few minutes the cases are ready. The directions call for cleaning the inside of your sizing die followed by a spray of Case Lube inside. I didn’t do this for the first 25 cases to see if there would be any difference and the difference was ‘slight’. That being said, when I tried it with a different caliber I started with a clean Case Lubed die. The first cases were .222 Rem Mag which are relatively easy to resize, but I wanted a better test so I got out some old .308 military that I believe were fired from an automatic. In the past these have required extra care so that they would not stick and also slide freely into the sizing die. I resized 20 of the .308 cases without any problems. After resizing the cases will need to be wiped off with a soft cloth – in my case an old dishtowel that my wife no longer used. Spray that is left inside the case is said to not affect the powder or primers. Since I am somewhat particular about my reloads, I did take a Q-tip and quickly wipe the inside of the neck. This is another time were the reloading block was a help, but it could have been done as quickly while wiping the outside of the case. I was completely satisfied with the Case Lube and will be using it as I continue reloading.

I have used this for a few year's. It's easy to use and I have had no stuck cases. And it is fairly easy to wipe off after reloading.

All it takes is a quick spray and your ready to resize brass, I see no reason to use anything else.
