Graf & Sons, Inc., of Mexico, Missouri, announces that the company's President and CEO, Paul Seigfreid, has decided to retire effective June 30, 2019. Mrs. Marjorie Graf will serve as the sole CEO of the company upon Mr. Seigfreid's retirement.
Mr. Seigfreid has served in his current role since July 1, 2014 and prior to that, served almost 25 years as the company's outside attorney and counsel where he consulted on all legal and management issues. During his time as outside counsel, he assisted in forming the current company structure in the areas of finance, compliance and expansion.
During his term as President and CEO, Mr. Seigfreid has attempted to update the current operations of Graf & Sons, Inc. He made significant improvements in the areas of security, personnel, internet marketing, and banking practices. He has also helped facilitate the growth of internet marketing. Mr. Seigfreid has also strengthened relationships with numerous companies, creating partnerships with manufacturers and vendors. During his tenure, the export portion of the business has grown considerably.
Graf & Sons, Inc., is a leading retail and wholesale seller of ammunition, shooting accessories and tools, and is known internationally as the "Reloading Authority." Originally incorporated in 1957, Graf & Sons, Inc., is a family owned business with its roots in central Missouri. The company has had many business faces, but every leader prior to Mr. Seigfreid has been a member of the Graf family.
