Product Information

Lee mold blocks are made from aluminum because of the exceptional molding qualities. The mold cavities are lathe bored for unmatched roundness and size control. Double cavity molds include handles and sprue plate.

This Lee Double Cavity Mold produces a .501 diameter 440 grain round nose bullet suitable for a cartridge like 500 S&W. Handles included.

 WORTH THE MONEY

I cast 465gr bullets with this mould, and they work great. I tumble lube with Lee Liquid Alox, size with a Lee sizing die, and use Hornady Gas Checks. This bullet might not look as glamorous as the RCBS bullet moulds, but IT WORKS. I'm shooting this out of a NEF Handi-Rifle, and casting the bullet out of air-cooled wheel weight alloy. Accuracy is excellent, and the price is right.
