 Have a spare

I haven't broken the decapping pin on my Lyman die, it's still going strong, but one should keep a spare handy, just in case. I would also add that this pin is one of the more robust ones I have ever used.

Fast processing and shipping from Graf's. These pins work very well even decapping modern crimped in military primers. WWII round cup crimped primers will bend someimes. Always good to one or two extra on the bench.

Always have a backup decap rod!

Reloading military or foreign brass can be tricky when removing the primer especially when the flash hole is off center! Thus, breaking the pin.
