Due to the packaging and shipping process, case necks are often slightly dinged or bent and need to be rounded up and sized to give proper neck tension. New and/or fired cases must be full-length resized or have the expander ball of the sizing die run through the case neck prior to loading.

Excellent quality brass

By Robert F. on Feb 07, 2024
I was a “blue box” brass guy. Then I tried some of the “orange box” (super high end stuff).

I loaded some 260 with new Peterson brass and discovered I had been missing something for a while. It arrived well packaged with only about .0005 run out fresh out of the box. All within .02 gn weight. Trimmed well and loaded easily.

The results on the range were exceptional. As I wear out the blue box brass, it will be replaced with Peterson,

Excellent Product

My only issue is wanting Peterson to have more caliber choices. This is the best value in brass for both quality and uniformity. Thank you Graf for prompt shipping and careful packaging.

Peterson Brass 260 Remington

By Matthew L. on Jun 26, 2020
Recently tried this brass. My first time with Peterson. Top quality made in the USA. They trimmed easy and went through the sizer without any issues. The price point for the quality is top shelf. I'll see how they do after many reloads, but it appears I have my new go to brass.

Great quality, very consistent

By Tony D. on Jun 19, 2020
Ordered this to replace some tired Lapua after using Peterson for my 6 BR. Weight between cases is very consistent at +\- .2 grain across 50 cases and neck thickness variation was less than .0005", measured every 90 degrees per case for the same lot. Little to no prep needed prior to loading. And since every 50 is shipped in it's own flip top case, no dinged case mouths like you sometimes see in the bulk packed brass. Great brass and great price.

About as good as any other in the US

By Ray Y. on Aug 17, 2019
This was my first experience with Peterson brass. Very closely weight sorted, flash holes needed to be cleaned up just a smidge. Cases were mostly the same length, but mouths weren't square, so trimming was in order anyway. Primer pockets were good, and there was zero runout on the neck, unlike many of the other brands. Perhaps not quite as good as Norma brass made for Weatherby or some of the Lapua brass, but every bit as good or better than Nosler for less money and a useable hard cartridge box to boot!
