Product Information

ACME + Coated Bullets are coated in red Hi-Tek coating and nicknamed "Lipstick" rounds.

These lead cast bullets are made from 92-6-2 alloy and are then coated in HiTek coating.  The benefits to shooting are numerous and include: The coating molecularly bonds to the bullet totally encapsulating it.  Coating prevents lead to bore contact.  Less smoke as associated with traditional lubed bullets.  Range Friendly!!  Bullets feed well in automated bullet feeders.  Shoot higher velocities without lead fouling.  Can be shot through polygonal rifling.

Hardness: Brinnell Hardness 16

Sizing: Sized to .313

This is not loaded ammunition.

Great Bullet for 32-20 rifle

By Robert W. on Nov 22, 2023
I shot these out of my 1885 single shot Winchester and they were great. Great target or hunting load at 1200 fps.
Barrel stayed very clean and the accuracy was great.
Better than the lubed bullets I had been using

Excellent Bullet

By Peter H. on Feb 03, 2023
Shooting these in Savage 99 lever. Yes, I know Savage didn't make one in 32-20, It's a custom gun. 2 1/2" group at 100 yards, far better than anything else I've tried.

Ideal for 32-20 revolver

Uberti EMF Hartford 1873 32-20
Shot 2 bullets, everything else the same, new Starline ,Trail Boss powder, same powder load, @ 7 yards, outdoors, CCI primer same lot#. ACME 32-20(.313) 115gr RN FP BULLET COATED shot excellent group, prefect on vertical axis, which shows me great accuracy, but operator error (it was cold, I was cold, and I left my prescription shooting glasses at home. It also shot point of aim. 3 inch vertical string all shots on axis.

The Lyman 100gr LRN (.311) shot 4" low and all over the map.

As good as the ACME shot why would I waste my time looking for something else?

I was so impressed I took a picture

Heavy weight

By Steven D. on Nov 20, 2018
I bought this bullet to use in Ruger Single Seven .327 mag. Finally got around to shooting it the other day and very happy with performance/accuracy. Highly recommend if you want something heavier than the 100 gr.
