Due to the packaging and shipping process, case necks are often slightly dinged or bent and need to be rounded up and sized to give proper neck tension. New and/or fired cases must be full-length resized or have the expander ball of the sizing die run through the case neck prior to loading.

Starline 45 Schofield

Ideal for uniform loads in my Ruger Flattop 45 Colt. Not all shellholders work, so pick the correct one.

.45 Schofield Braa

By John K. on Aug 19, 2019
I purchased this brass to work up light to medium practice loads for two revolvers chambered for .45 Colt, a Colt New Frontier and a Colt Double Action Anaconda. Starline's .45 Schofield brass fit both revolvers chambers, including the Anaconda's swing out cylinder, ejecting reliably. This brass is very consistent and loaded with ease using an RCBS Carbide Cowboy die set. While accuracy will be a result of recipe choices, the brass is, like all Startline products, of highest quality.

Starline Schofield Brass

I own an Uberti Schofield in .45 Long Colt. The ejector is less than stellar in grabbing the .45 Long Colt brass, but the .45 Schofield brass has a slightly wider rim so it ejects more reliably. I'll be buying a bit more of this brass. Starline brass is always good.

S & W Schofield *-* Brass

By George K. on Apr 29, 2019
Whereas S&W ,45 Schofield is getting harder and harder to find, this StarLine offering meets the bill -- enabling the firing of lo-velocity "Cowboy" loads in .45 Long Colt revolvers! On one of the 100, the primer pocket was a teeny shallow -- I needed de-cap the live primer from the case and then use a uniformer on pocket before I put in a new primer. Other than this one: "Perfect".
